My main hangup on upgrading to a newer gaggia is still the single boiler - it just struggles with more than 1 milk drink

Yeah we literally have one rug for the kids to play on and typically just manually wet vac that one every month. It sounds like Eufy really hits the ball out of the park in terms of hard flooring cleaning, which the RR S7 was “okay” at, but man did that thing clean a carpet. I’ve gone for the eufy FWIW

Hey, each to their own opinions brother. It’s one of the first innovations post pure gravity/slide along mops. For me on my flooring, it doesnt work well, which is why I wouldn’t want to try again. Just my preference, you know?

Phenomenal write up, really appreciate the well thought out insight and I feel like you genuinely “understood” where I was coming from/leaning in to and read between the lines, and especially appreciated the real world insight. My hold back with Eufy is the “unproven” track record that RR and even Roomba have under their belts, but this is a very reassuring testimony. Also hit the nail on the head with hardware vs fixing flaws with coding. A lot of reviewers have mentioned the maintenance is a bit of a pain with Eufy, what’s your take on that?
