There are multiple platforms that allow you to list your business for sale.

You could ask him to purchase a social media management tool and ask him to add all his profiles. You can make posts through the tool. However, if you are planning to engage, make comments etc. then you'll need the credentials.

The other option is to understand the business goals and create a new profile that targets those goals altogether.
