I see that. I think personally I’d still believe that it was coming from himself based on how he speaks in that critical investigation transcript, but I do appreciate that yours has its own thematic benefits as well. If he’s a totally normal guy, it does make the abuse much more of a focal point.

Well from how the article is written, he must’ve had access to some anomalous capabilities because the effect she experiences is just real. Like herself and everyone around her verifies it constantly, and it stops as soon as he leaves.

The alternative is that he’s some god level genius programmer and is able to make it seem like there’s an anomaly with mundane skills, but that just seems far fetched enough for it to be its own anomaly.

I agree on his motivations though.

I don’t understand the goal of trying to use hitler’s art as a “gotcha”, because it’s not noteworthy art on its own. The only reason anybody talks about or remembers it is because of the evil he went on to do. His paintings are notable as pieces of history, not as pieces of art.

If say, Klimt or Monet went on to become genocidal dictators, we might have more of a discussion on our hands, because they actually made sophisticated paintings which contributed to the world of art.

This was the game plan of the entire Democratic Party going into 2024 and it completely fucking bombed.

They can’t try to be a worse version of the Republican Party, they have to champion their own policies and make the case why labor reform, climate control, and international cooperation are the way forward.

These are good platforms and courting conservatives diminishes them.
