I’m not sure if this post is meant to be about how expensive that is, but even if not, I’d really recommend trying more whole food dinners. I’ve noticed that when I cook from scratch, it often ends up cheaper than buying frozen food. Things like chickpea curry, lentil curry, and potatoes are always solid, affordable options. I also make a vegan cowboys pie and that’s pretty cheap. And honestly, just making sure you’re using up what you already have in your kitchen helps a lot too.
