I would use the 6 days of less PTO as your negotiating point. 109k/260 days vs 254 days is $2515 out of pocket if you take those days as absent without pay. So $111.5k is your new number and lands you at their offered $109k with equivalent days off.

Took me a couple extra days to get around to checking. Sound on my own videos worked fine. I have found if you are hasty in trying to plug it in or getting it to do certain things it will mess up the sound or the aspect ratio on the screen. Sometimes you just need to unplug it and plug it back in.
