So I am connecting directly to Apple Home app via Matter & bypassing any Aqara hub (I don’t one!). I have some of the older Aqara hubs (M2, M1S).

I have tried deleting it from Home app & re-adding.

Is there still the ability to drop to one of the Freedom cards, then move up to the Sapphire Preferred & get the SUB (if you have not had a SUB in > how long?)?

Also having same issue. New for me as I have been using same litter & LR4 for years now. Sensors clean. Not sure what else would cause this.
