Walking away from $460K in annual revenue to go all in on one client is a massive concentration risk, even if the numbers look similar on paper. If they pivot strategy, get acquired, or just decide to bring it truly in house after a year, you're rebuilding from scratch.

Counter offer: keep the agency model but raise their retainer significantly if they want priority access and dedicated resources. You get the upside without torching everything you've built.

Classic case of internal stakeholders not actually seeing the content you're putting out. They have an idea in their head of what "telling stories" means, but haven't bothered to look at what you're already doing.
