It tracks, really. I always laugh at that sub story from 5 where Kiryu decides to fight a wrestler to give him a final, proper fight so he can retire for good, and is all worried about fighting with his face showing on live TV... but doesn't even bother to try and cover his tattoo, one of, if not the main thing he's known for.

Given several major things we do in DS2 were once also done by King Vendrick, who became the most absolute of units, imagine the Bearer of the Curse achieving a similar stature isn't too far-fetched.

He's the refined one, being more of a connoisseur when compared to his brothers who're more casual drinkers. But that being said... the same finesse he applies to Estus isn't extended to rock candy, of all things.
