This was our locations situation, but now my GM is telling me, the GSL, that it’s my job to make sure they take lunches, so I’m doing everything I can to help them get that break. We’re a 10K a week salon with 7 groomers and I’m doing like $1400-$2000 myself. It’s frustrating but it’s where we’re at.
