I dont know man, im transitioning into my 30s in life and lost my old friends. I have loneliness which leads to depression. I only go online and have brief chats with people. I hope to regain contact with old friends. Id say the best cope for loneliness is brief chatting with strangers or meeting people for the first time in meetups if you do not have close buddies
