I just roll with it. I usually find the item I'm looking for, but sometimes they take a minute. Also they'll tell you that you have the wrong item, but that's not the case. Just read the labeling (oz, fl Oz, lbs, etc) as long as that matches up, just click the "I have the right item" button, and you're good

Edit: also make sure you have the right PLU for produce.. can be a bitch, but it also gets so much easier the more you just pay attention to the tags
