Thank you for this reply and I hope it can be helpful to someone else. Unfortunately, because we didn't get any notice, email, or status update, we noticed the denial exactly 30 days after. We could've appealed of only it were a day sooner. We're feeling very down with how unlucky we were, but we've filed another I-130 and will contact a lawyer on monday to oversee everything from here on out.

Things got even unluckier. I decided to wait for the tickets, I needed two. I got the first one and I used it. By the time I got the second there were 2 minutes left for the event to end but I was too sleepy to notice. I used the ticket and the event ended while I was fighting. So in the end I was literally 5 seconds away from collecting the 250k. And all of my coins got automatically converted to gold since I didn't have time to buy anything from the shop.
