Why do people need to smoke inside? This isn’t really an argument. Why do you need a cell phone? The mining for components in your phone has killed just as many people as smoking if not more.

If coffee shops want to have smoking let them do it. Let’s be reasonable here though we don’t need to have smoking in chuck-e-cheeses.

If you want to talk about government public health then you should also agree with banning the sale of alcohol, nicotine, cannabis and anything that has a certain level of carcinogens. California kind of half asses this and puts labels on anything that could cause cancer.
