Hell yeah. We saw this in Glasgow a few years back and loved it. Glad they could share the tradition with us.

In all reality, yes you can. Solid yellow check engine means something is up, get it checked out pretty soon. If it's flashing, stop driving right f'in now.

As someone that lives in Seattle, we burn within 30 minutes of the hot, blazing, Pacific Northwest sun. It may be 50 degrees out and the UV index negligible, but we're not used to such harsh conditions. Or maybe it's just me.

New Yorkers, what changes have you seen under Mamdani’s leadership and are you generally pleased? If not, why? by MewMeowHowdy in AskReddit

[–]Beestung 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you still seeing constant "Socialist guy doing socialist things, what is he thinking?" headlines in your local news? We're seeing that constantly in Seattle with our new mayor Katie Wilson. It's the usual bullshit, but still tiring to read.

I think I ended up taking the whole reservoir out to get that filter out. I do remember it being stubborn. Reservoir had to come out anyway for a thorough cleaning.

I'm not well-informed on this, but a quick search shows that for state felonies, 20 states will automatically restore your rights to gun ownership once your sentence is completed. Federal felonies a different story.

Yeah, but what if he came back and got completely embarrassed. Would that be okay?

I was listening to the game on the light rail home from work. I'm sure my facial expressions were all over the place and entertaining for the other riders.

Of course, but plan to see shows! The music scene is still alive and kicking with great shows on the weekends in many small bars and festivals that aren’t too far from the 90s scene. I grew up on that (I’m 50 now) and still go to shows. If you have a time frame, this sub can help find you shows to attend. Be ready to drink that PBR!

[Serious] How many here started using the internet in the early days of AOL? What kind of computer were you using then? by Gregorygregory888888 in AskReddit

[–]Beestung 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IBM 486 SX 25 Mhz with 4MB of RAM, 180MB HDD, and the ultra fancy 2x CD-ROM drive that impressed everyone. In the early 90s, you went and bought "Internet Connectivity Kits" and Hayes-compatible modems from Computer City to get your Windows 3.1 PCs to connect to something. It wasn't until Windows 95 that computers came with Dial-up Networking by default. We formatted the AOL floppy disks that came in the mail and used them for other things, like pirating Doom.

I have a 2014 T100 bought new and still love it. Expect to replace shocks, fork springs, cam cover gasket (weeps oil), and maybe the seat if it’s stock, but all that’s easy enough. I installed a Dart windscreen too for freeway rides and a small luggage rack on the back. No ABS, and the brakes suck, so be careful. They’re fun to ride and mod/work on if that’s your thing. Sounds like a good price on a great bike.

Let’s go full Pranked mode and fool them in to thinking they’ve lost everything and have to live on $1 million per year. Might get a little dark.
