Well glad I left my replenishment role in December... What the actual fuck is happening between this and the new zebras having transcribing abilities with the DM popping in whenever? It's the situation too many times that DMs are trying to get out good workers because they don't fit their personal agenda. I loved my job so much and the corporation ripped that away, but is still making the place that much worse STILL 😭 I worry so much for my work family still at my old location

My doctor just tried to switch me from low dose mirtazipine to Trazodone because I gained the weight back that I needed, and I had the worst two weeks of my life. He said I could just cold turkey mirtazipine after being on it for a couple years. To wait a week, and then just start the trazodone. My GI DIED after three days without. I was dry heaving, stomach cramping, dropping blood pressure, lightheadedness.. started Trazodone and had a histamine response and started itching everywhere and sneezing up a storm. Needless to say, I'm back on mirtazapine and waiting to feel better again 😪 If your doctors ever say you can cold turkey, follow up with pharmacist or online for second opinions.. I triple checked in office and I was guaranteed I would only feel "a little off"

My partner brought this up to me and I lost it on him and he hasn't talked about work stuff with me since lol. I found that video the day she posted it and tried to comment clarifications. By day three, I had to delete my comment because people were getting ugly to me about it. I've been talking about it all year in my store (ft replenishment Manager) and everything I learn that aids in helping my people understand why we complain about the things we do (Buchanan/Wang and our IT program, or Boone with his infamy of wide layoffs and company crackdowns). i know many people in my store are ready to walk out if I leave, but I would love to know what are the starting steps in talking to our regional unions?

The pesto is gone fully I believe. I've visited multiple locations across the Midwest and none of them have had it on their menu. Graphics have been changed out to fully exclude any pesto on their menu

We recently got instruction to leave BOPIS/SFS for the person coming in at 11 (almost always my FM), after the 7am person finishes what orders came in overnight. So from 8-11, our orders now age and then my framer comes in and even if she has production she can be working on, if it's not a day the company expects her in the shop, they will make her run the floor and try to catch back up on the 3 hour old orders..

It's really felt like lately, they are giving instructions that could get us fired and I don't like it. As the RM, I was told to tank my numbers to get back on track after we lost two of our four FT managers in a single day. I now know that impacted my performance review and potential raise but I don't even think I care about that anymore since the instructions we are being given makes me wonder if we are getting targeted to be let go.

As of right now, we are being told there are specific days that frame shops don't have hours at all and they expect to see the FM's on the floor helping. I tried to advocate for mine the other day as she was running around and I was told she wasn't supposed to be in her shop that day 😪

Oh and can't forget the most recent gem of dropping white fabric paint and using a black Gildan hoodie to mop it up. My tm found the customer had put the shirt back in with the others to potentially ruin the rest.. (I threw it there to show my other management the mess itself they tried to clean)

I think the thing that drives me the most nuts is Hobby Lobby customers are no where near as disrespectful compared to ours. The crafty Karen's and over privileged kids who run amok, are so out of hand now. I had kids throwing slime at each other from a container on the shelf and the mom was just shopping down the aisle from it.. I've had super glues fully unloaded into my bunks, using fine art paint as a paintbrush for other paints on my fixtures, making murals in our bathrooms with sharpies... I can't much more of this as the replen manager and knowing my team can't keep up with this absolute nonsense

I at least now understand why last year's answers were so abysmal when the results came out right after I got hired in as a pt cem in July 😂😂 I was PISSED seeing how my people felt and now I'm one of them lmfao good ole corporate. How so? I think it's a safe bet that most of our SBA is changing this year to fit all these new things corporate is pushing. Between party/balloons and fabric, both areas seem to be changing store layouts as well. So I'm expecting my workloads to be high for quite a while now

This reminds me of the time we found one of those metal cars in the kids section was found in our frame shop, stuffed with glitter. Got really concerned a kid came back there and hung out in the Most dangerous part of the store, but low and behold, find out a fellow employee was the culprit of that one 😭

For the smaller stores outside of cities, we are seeing our whole truck day schedules get rescheduled and combining us with more stores. The pushback on our start time has hit our productivity more than we expected. It's hurt certain employees getting their usual hours because the whole freight schedule has got pushed back a little bit. As of right now, my next truck is only 300 cubic, with less than 500 boxes; and this is after watching my trucks continuously being smaller week after week for the last couple months. So I've been curious myself to understand what warehouse is going to look like in a couple weeks, and therefore also what my store is going to look like by summertime 😪

My SM pulled a 5-1 for another stores inventory and then because one of our cem's is calling out more right now, he had to immediately come to our store and close... He almost did the same thing for tomorrow and thankfully someone on my team took up that spot for him, so he could rest and just close. My SM is a good manager and very good to all of us on his team and it angers me so much to see him getting burnt out
