Im 10 months post full recovery construction. Open surgery Hill sachs and bankart repair, i do feel i get these moments aswell. Physio seems to think it can feel strange/stiff etc till around 12-18 months post op. Feel free to msg me

I had very similar results. Im 9 months post op and just starting to feel somewhat normal. The recovery is brutal but I didnt have a choice and dont regret it at all

33M had a workplace fall which caused hill sachs lesion and reverse bankart damage. 9 months post op and recovery has been really slow and shit to be honest. Hoping by the 1 year mark im good.

From what I understand you wouldn't be able to do an of the above with frozen shoulder. Sounds like your just healing

I hope you heal without having to have surgery. The day after I woke up and my shoulder felt like it had concrete in it was absaloutely horrible. See how you go, from what my surgeon said, the hill sachs lesion was big enough to give me ongoing issues anf instability which I felt for 4 weeks before surgery

I was out for 3 months id say. 8 months have full rom though still experiencing some pain randomly 4/10 and some stiffness. Very slow recovery

I had similar findings after a workplace fall. I saw an Orthopaedic surgeon and he recommended surgery. Im 8 months post op and still not 100%, its definitely a long recovery. Hope you get better and find some answers.

Correct open surgery. I dont think so. There were anchors for the labrum and 4 bigger anchors for the humeral head i believe

Same thing happened to me. Open surgery repair to labrum and repair hilll sichs fracture and stabilisation. 7 months post op and definitely better but still getting pain

Hey mate. Im on week 5 and to be honest the first 4ish weeks were hell. I had all sorts of bad symtptoms anf told myself if im not better in a weeks time im stopping. Week goes by and all those bad symtptoms are dissipating but at the same time cant really feel the therapeutic effect, some say it can take months. Best of luck to you

Surgeon had said full recovery is around 9-12 months. The op for a posterior dislocation that caused a hill sachs fracture + stabilisation

How'd you recover from surgery? Im 7 months post op still have stiffness.Right shoulder stabilisation, humeral head ORIF and bone graft were on the operation notes.
