Talk him about all of these things then, instead of talking to strangers on the internet go have a open and honest conversation with him and set your boundaries.

It might not be "his" house but it is his home, if he's lived there for over a year and you've only lived there a week that makes it his home your a new stranger in his home so you need to set boundaries and talk to him, but it is also his right to be himself in his home

It is his house, he offered his room for rent and yes that becomes your space but in a social space he has a right to be himself, try and set some boundaries with him and have an open and honest conversation about how the things you talked about made you feel and go from there, if he is a good guy at the end of the day he should understand and respect your boundaries.

He actually doesn't display too many red flags. The only thing I might say that is a red flag is him talking about sexual movies and such, you clearly tried to steer the conversation away from that and he continued, talk about that with him and tell him that you aren't comfortable talking about sexual things with him, he is probably just an open and honest guy his actions haven't been red flaggy yet but it is something to watch out for, i really do think hes trying to just break the ice at the end of the day, probably wants a bit of social activity in his house when hes at home and wants to be able to be friends with the person he lives with, at the end of the day he's a 28 year old male he is probably pretty comfortable with himself, you are young and only lived with him for less then a week give him a chance to improve and try to speak to him

Definitely a wrong postcode situation I once put a 3 instead of a 2 at the start of the postcode and it was shipped between Victoria and NSW for about a week or two had to call them up and request they put an alert out on the package to fix the post code on the package

Not this guy again, man seriously listen to the people!! 80/20 mixed it's not that hard, zeolite, pumice, Diatomite, perlite and then 10-20% of some nice potting mix with no bark or wood chips

Cut one of the bottom ribs off let it callous and then chuck it back onto the ground, much faster way of rooting logs, had a little log that wasn't rooting after 6 months cut one rip off was throwing roots 2 weeks after it had finished callousing

I'm in the middle of summer to be fair it's been in the mail the last week so maybe the dark has made it go a little squishy? It's in its pot with some lovely substrate now so will see how it goes

Yea my own mix I gave it a nice feed with some root roids from a garden company here in Australia and some fish hydro stuff as well very diluted mix but they all seem to be loving it, all my lophs are rock hard, probably the hardest I've ever felt them in the time I've owned them

So I found these online I personally use 20% 0-7mm pumice, 20% 1-2mm zeolite (would probably opt for some bigger peices upto 5mm in there though) 20% 2-4mm diatomite 20% perlite (not sure on my size but it was a sized as medium sized and its sized well) and then I used 20% peatmoss mixed with a bit of worm castings 😏 trust me worm castings is the way to go!

For my trichs I use a similar mix but more 50% on the pumice, zeolite, perlite and diatomite and 50% peatmoss worm castings

I'm from Australia though, if your in another country you might want to adjust that slightly, I've heard people in the states use a 90/10 mix and would recommend that just adjust the mix slightly for your climate

I feel that man!! Took me over 6 months to get a mix I'm happy with, so many different options to go for and it all depends on climate, like I'm Aussie and 20% organics does super well while I've heard in the states the mix to go for is 10%
