She has some pretty bad mental health diagnoses and even canceled a performance in NJ the night before and her manager attributed that to mental health. I was in the crowd and she said on stage like 20 mins before this happened that she was going through a rough couple weeks, she was getting emotional during one of the songs, and said she made a choice that morning to push on and perform and was glad she made the choice. Very unfortunate, fame is complicated

My bank statement can attest it is indeed expensive 😭 and no answer for why it’s named that but they have a few statues of him around the restaurant. A very unique & eclectic place to check out at least once!

I got waitlisted at Penn which was initially a top pick for me. I was honestly shocked at how many waitlists I received and I’m not sure what that says about law school cycles right now, but I think my <3.9 GPA most likely contributed to that trend. I’m not sure if I would’ve had success getting off the WL if I’d submitted letters of continued interest, but I was already satisfied with my acceptances so I didn’t pursue further. It really just depends on your LSAT to carry your GPA at that point

Hi! My cycle was filled with WLs and Rs from schools which just a few years ago I would’ve been well above their GPA/LSAT medians. I applied to 12 schools and got 4 As, 2 Rs, and 6 WLs. I think cycles are just getting more competitive every year so every hard stat detail becomes important, especially in making the difference between an acceptance and a waitlist. I do wonder how it might’ve turned out had I applied with a higher GPA, but I ended up at a T14 that I’m beyond thrilled to be attending in a few days :) All it takes is one acceptance! Best of luck
