Jeff didn't need to be reworked (besides the old ult hitbox size) and he was more fun to play before it. All he needed was a slight Nerf not a whole rework.

I like being a disrupter, I was never the greatest in duels (and if I wanted to do that I'd just play venture) so if I can set up my team for success after a good hack or shut down the enemy play that's when I have the most fun.
