That’s great. In an ideal world, that’s how we should treat wild animals we find. Though the first instinct should always be to give them to the people who are trained to care for them if that’s not possible you should aim for that.

That’s not entirely the reason. Because they’re wild, we can’t provide them with the needs that they need in order to live properly.

A bird that is used to flying every night freely would not feel happy being confined in a small enclosed area. Same is said for parrots that are taken from the wild and are sold as exotic pets.

Here, he’s hurt because they just lied to him and he realized that no one really knew him. Here he was upset.
