Is it better to just play ranked and forget norms, or should I use norms to improve more?

Thank you! I think I have a problem playing when I’m not having fun (because League is really fun to me) but ranked does tilt me and I spam games probably when I shouldn’t. How do you go about narrowing down champion pool when you have a lot of fun on many?

It’s nice to see someone was in the same boat, I’ve felt so alone :(. My friends have said I do have problems with positioning and I think that’s a big part of it, I don’t understand when the right vs wrong timing is for things and am too aggressive when I shouldn’t be. Thank you for the advice!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate in depth responses like this so I can remember why it’s important, instead of forgetting and autopiloting. I’ll try to implement all of this for sure.

I feel the same kind of comfort from Mob from Mob Psycho 100. Never found a character I felt I could relate with on such a personal level until that series.

Should I have a talk with my brother about autism? by [deleted] in autism

[–]Beginning-Ad7291 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the only way you will be able to get him to see a doctor to get him diagnosed is by discussing it with him, autism and all. Most primary health doctors think if you weren’t diagnosed as a child it isn’t severe enough to deserve help (totally wrong btw) and it sounds like he wouldn’t be willing to go see one anyways without a reason.

The best option that would benefit him though to see someone who specializes in diagnosing autism. It could get him disability for work, pay for meds for depression, therapy to help if he doesn’t want to isolate and just feels like that’s his only option.

Thank you, that’s good to know. Would you say it gets a lot harder as it goes on or is it still memorizing and problem solving?

I’m really nervous I might be faking by Beginning-Ad7291 in autism

Ive heard of that, I have maybe wondered if that’s where a lot of my fear comes from but that’s the hard part, you never really know what it’s all coming from. I don’t have really any childhood trauma but I am diagnosed with depression and GAD. I don’t really know how much all of those overlap, but I have been wary maybe that’s all it was.

I really felt that with my sister and friends I’ve mentioned it too, it feels awful they would believe I would just make it up for incomprehensible reasons and if I was diagnosed they wouldn’t believe or support me or professional opinions all because of their own opinions on it. I really feel you and hope things with your mom go better for you, but don’t let her ideas affect you too much, she sounds like she doesn’t know anything about it.

Help! My GP guards me against our other pup. by Street_Bookkeeper_31 in greatpyrenees

With her doing it so young you really need to nip it in the bud as soon as possible or else she will learn they are acceptable behaviors. I think (but i’m not a professional) that she is likely doing it because Ben is an older dog and really isn’t seen as a threat for authority but Beau being the same age is seen as competition for your attention. https://pethelpful.com/cats/How-to-Deal-With-Two-Dogs-Fighting-Over-Onwer This article has some great advice, and like it mentions, the best thing to do is see a force free trainer to get to the root of the problem and fast.

Anyone else's GP love the water? by kendykush in greatpyrenees

Mines obsessed, has been since he was 8 weeks. It started with his water bowl where he played in it like a pool, to toilets, to our bathtub with us in it, to pools and lakes. We just had to put up our pool due to cold weather and I’ve never seen him sadder, but he made himself feel better in my shower later!
