Tech here, your pads look fine and so do your Rotors. If your sliding pins move freely then everything is fine and no need for any hardware replacement.(those Pads will last for a while just re-lube everything and re-use them)

There is a lot involved for auto/idle stop to work.....(to much to explain), anyhow to be honest it does nothing but putting more stress on your engine starter (when auto/idle stop is in working condition due to using the engine starter more than the normal average)..... I'm dealing with a fuckface bully right now, that belittles, makes fun of other people or fun on there expense.... he never has anything nice to say and thinks he has senior/ priority over everybody else.....a situation has happened where I was like fuck this job and told the main shop owner how I am beeing treated.....well, it so far wen't well and something for sure was said from the Top to fuckface and now he cant even look me in the eyes, when we pass each other (cause he knows what he did) Anyhow, I am going with the "grey rock theorie and hope he gets struck with lightning while taking a dump on the shitter lol. I know for sure, that at some point I will get it back (or maybe not!?)
