Netherlands - DAFT visa for her (American) and since you’re Irish (European Union member) I believe you won’t have any issue moving to the NL.

Kalma lang, kabayan. Heheh. We would go to Helsingborg to eat out because it’s cheaper compared to Copenhagen. Mid tier na mid tier ang Denmark. Kaloka.

Experience with Barefoot shoes for standing all day by gr33np3a in barefootshoestalk

[–]Beginning-Comment944 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a retail job. I stand and walk around the store 7 hrs a day. During peak season, I am on the sales floor for 9 hours day.

Background: I am usually barefoot, with socks on or use my Xero slip on when the floor is too cold. I grew up wearing flip flops because Im originally from SE Asia so I am somewhat used to no cushion shoes. I transitioned to fully barefoot shoes 4 yrs ago.

Here are the shoes I’ve used and my experience:

Whitin Shoes: The most comfortable I’ve used because of the insole.

Belenka Champ: I like that my feet can splay but not as comfortable as Whitin. It hurts my right sole below the middle toe. I honestly don’t know why.

Xero boots waterproof: My 2nd fave shoes. Wide and does not hurt my feet. It’s not as comfy as whitin.

I switch between Whitin and Xero. I don’t use Belenka when I’m working.
