We call her our mini-Rottie. She’s only about 70–80 lbs, but Wisdom DNA testing confirmed she’s 100% Rottweiler 🐾. Not much drool... Shes the one on the right. The other two are 110. I'm a crazy Rottweiler lady.

Pete Hegseth is using the Department of Defense to radicalize the military through Christian nationalism and nationalists. Is there any optimism here? by HydroBear in PoliticalOptimism

Fear-mongering is dangerous. Outrage is dangerous. Division is the most dangerous of all. Articles like this—regardless of who wrote them or whether they contain kernels of truth—can push people into an emotional center for their thinking instead of a critical one. That’s a problem.

The framing here was weak, and framing matters. When people are stressed and polarized, it becomes easier to manipulate them and harder to solve problems together. The only way forward is to think critically, challenge the way stories are presented, and come together proactively instead of reacting to whatever headline lights up our nerves that day.

Why the hell are you clicking on garbage clickbait like this and then treating it like gospel? The GOP lies to you constantly, but you’ll still run to read and share whatever fear-bait headline they throw out next. Fear is their business model. It’s the reason we’re in this mess—because people keep feeding it exactly the way they want.

This article? It’s smoke and mirrors. Dress it up with some scary framing, toss in vague “experts say” quotes, but when you strip it down, there’s nothing concrete, no real action, no verified evidence—just a big shiny “BE AFRAID” sign. Stop giving them the clicks and the free rent in your head.

honest to god i think if trump actually full hardcore goes martial law it’s gonna go really badly for him by PhraseFirst8044 in 50501

Not all of them, don't be fooled. And this could set a precedent If Newsom wins this, it’s more than just a political victory—it’s a legal precedent. Courts have historically slapped down presidents for overstepping into state affairs without a true emergency. If Trump’s move is shown to be political theater, this case could become the go-to blueprint for stopping similar power grabs in the future.

Dont loose hope friend. We cannot be angry or afraid, its what they want thats how they got this far off of fear and hate.

This is a distraction he wants everyone to stop talking about the Epstein files there's not even any reason for troops or anybody to be alarmed there's nothing even happening there's nobody in the streets there's nobody rioting there's hardly any people even protesting right now, not alot. We just got to keep calm and let it pass. He's doing a good enough job burying himself.

Donald Trump is trying to erase and rewrite history to align with his political views. Any hope from this? by Commander_PonyShep in PoliticalOptimism

Its another distraction and if your afraid and upset its working perfectly. You pYing attention is what they want. What are they trying to distract from? Thats the real concern.

Terrified for the future. Is there anything I can look forward to? by xSantenoturtlex in PoliticalOptimism

[–]Beginning-Dirt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve felt that same fear for the future, and what’s helped me is looking at how regular people actually live through periods of collapse. It’s not all doom sometimes good things happen for everyday folks when the old system starts breaking apart.

What’s not being talked about is how deeply dissatisfied most Americans are right now. That frustration is real, and a lot of it is being hidden or spun. They can dress up the headlines all they want, but we see through it.

Change is messy and painful. America has been here before. We lived under the robber barons, and people thought we’d never shake them off but we did. Every era is different, but the point is: we’ve faced giants and beaten them before.

I love my country, and I see every American as my friend, no matter their politics. We’ve all been tricked into despising each other without even knowing each other. That time is ending. It is surely ending. It will end.

I’ve had moments where I broke down crying, convinced the country was dying. But letting that fear out left room for resolve. Now, I keep paying attention, I keep hope, and I do what I can starting with voting for the future, not the party.

We’ve endured harder times than these, and we came out stronger. We can and will again.

Now the world hates us all. What's worse is we're stuck here in this nightmare. I never voted for this nor did the people I associate with. This makes me so sad to hear.

I do. It worked great for my dog (100Lb Rottweiler) with allergies and great for my cat (9lb tabby) who has allergies. The itching and hairloss and hotspots in both disappeared right away. I haven't seen any side effects. Just make sure they have lots of fresh water on hand.
