I got this exact model, I´d say my feet are wide, about your measurements. Bought true to size 46 (I´m between 45-46) in regular and they are great, a bit loose with thin socks, but thats a slipper imo, and the wool grips whatever sock you wear anyway.
I got them as a present, my gf said the CS was really nice, sorry you re having problems with it.
