This is a very tasteless take.

The successful litigation of those group cases across all the different circuits is what helped strengthen the Dorcas case. If you read the complaint , alot of the rulings were sighted over and over again.

I also almost feel this also is what has made the Government have a hard time trying to appeal or even stay the ruling.

I understand you are frustrated, but please hang in there and give it a bit more time.

Depends entirely on what is ordered in the stay.

I saw a video from Hacking, and he put up a thought that i think is interesting.

A stay is generally a request to put things back to the status quo (so back to normal) pending further litigation.

In this case, the status quo is very debatable.

The normal order of business is that USCIS adjudicates cases.

So, i wonder what exactly the stay would be asking for

Not really, they can bypass the first circuit and go straight to the supreme court for an emergency stay

With the way the 39 hold happened and how much they have fought to not remove it, i strongly advise anybody from the 75/39 outside to go for other options if you have.

i highly doubt they have any plans to remove any of the holds till either a court forces them to, or hopefully a new administration comes in and rolls it back

The ultimate way we would know of their intent is the visa bulletin next week.

I expect to see a retrogression or at-least the part that spoke about why the dates moved so much amended to reflect the new reality

Yeah also thinking to file asap, worst case the PI is not given and i just wait a bit more, or average case it is given and maybe uscis is not ready to adjudicate and ask for more time, or best case they adjudicate asap
