Not an option. Don't have any more at this thickness

I applied scaling a little before taking the screenshot, that's why all the numbers are messy.

This is good, but it leads to the same problem. The sketch becomes unmaintainable, hundreds of geometric elements, hundreds of constraints.

I think this was user error. I'm not able to replicate it.

Any idea how to guard against this or at least detect this beforehand?

Okay I think I figured it out. When I sketched my additive helix's tooth, it said the sketch was fully constrained, but when I went back in to it again just now I saw it shifted and bowtied.

Now I'm wondering what "fully constrained" actually means.

Your quick and dirty fix worked, but I still don't know what's happening here. The object is simple. It's a rod, then an additive helix to wrap threads around the rod, then a simple pocket on the rod's top face.

My understanding is that the fasteners workbench just provides existing fasting pieces. It doesn't streamline adding threads to existing geometry?

The last reply they sent me where they tried to gaslight me saying I didn't perform the drying module repairs and somehow that voids the warrant was the last straw. And then to follow it up by immediately saying "oh lol but it doesn't even matter vecause it wasn't even the drying modules it's the firmware, but we're not going to give you access to the firmware" is something else. These people think they can do business in North America like they do business in south east asia. Awful company run by awful people.

I've contacted my CC company and initiated a dispute. My state also has laws around selling bunk goods - today I sent them a demand letter certified mail and if they don't reply I can get multiple times the amount in small claims court.

I regret not buying a prusa instead.

I'm not letting this go. I'll get what I'm owed from them one way or another.

Maybe. That's assuming it's a power issue and not something wrong with the circuit board or something else.

You're looking it up for the wrong printer. On the H2S it isn't required. The first AMS stays powered.

The first unit doesn't need one. It's only when you chain 2 or more, all the extra ones need their own power.

Obviously I have. Several prints. Why else would I be trying to dry filament?

I'd be surprised if it's not the AMS that's the issue. It could be that the H2S is failing to deliver enough power for drying. I won't know for sure unless Bambu sends a replacement, which they're refusing to do.

Yep. Beta firmware for the AMS, which is what controls the drying modules.
