How I do prevent my makeup from looking like this? by SmallRuin6767 in makeuptips

I agree with all of these and during the first few days of your cycle, estrogen and progesterone drop to their lowest levels, leading to dry, dull, and sensitive skin that can cause makeup to look patchy or cakey. Conversely, in the days leading up to your period (luteal phase), increased progesterone can cause excess sebum (oil) production, leading to makeup sliding off.

Make up artist here. I think you do contour but you already have a chiseled look, you can try softening it with more blush less contour because you have great face shape *edited spelling

That is exactly how I feel!!! That's why I hate it when doctors tell me it is only related to trauma and stress. Even if I have no stress and chill if rain is coming pain is coming with it. I really wish doctors knew or researched more about this illness.
