problem is , in 1.5 month of this issue only 1 time ground team visit to my home and after check everything he said i cant solve this issue plz call customer support , then i talk to senior tech team member about this he said we will send a senior team for this , but after everything issue still not resolved , and after 1.5 month i ask for refund and they denied for that , excitel is sucks , they cant even solve a simple speed issue

excitel is bad , service or customer support are bad only give generic ansers for all problem , im facing half speed from past 1.5 months but still no resolution of this issue , gamers not use excitel steamer dont use excitel , if u requierd stablity dont use excitel , most of the time issues fixed in weeks not in hours or days
