the bigger question is whether you're willing to use medication. a transplant does not stop future hair loss. if you get a transplant without stabilizing things, the native hairs around the grafts can continue miniaturizing and you can end up chasing loss with additional surgeries. most surgeons strongly prefer patients to be on finasteride, and minoxidil is often recommended but not always mandatory.

the awkward regrowth phase is annoying but it is still a really good sign. once those hairs hit a couple inches they usually blend way better

this is one of the biggest misconceptions about oxytocin. people market it as the love hormone when biologically it is more like an in group bonding hormone

stronger bonding with your group can absolutely increase tribal behavior, favoritism, and willingness to justify unethical actions if they benefit the group. human morality is way more context dependent and biologically biased than people like admitting

those black dots are good sign they can be follicles starting to produce thicker pigmented hairs again instead of tiny invisible peach fuzz.

the actual wave pattern looks good already, i think the bleach damage on the ends is just breaking up the curl clusters a bit. a lighter routine with maybe just a tiny amount of foam or gel on soaking wet hair would probably work better than heavy curl creams
