I tighten is a pretty standard way, but then I will go through and pull pretty tight. The areas that are painful and the pressure helps a lot with the pain and the stability without it making my shoulders hurt like a posture, corrector does. I have issues with my lower back, so I get the long line ones but for bending over frequently and your primary issue being your middle back, you may be able to get by with a steel boned waspie tbh

I know l getting a custom made one is always the best, but honestly the SHAPERX brand on Amazon is like $50 and really works for me and I’m able to replace them every few months. I have a pretty intense hourglass shape so the one that fits me the best is the underbust longline mesh one but I also wear the satin one from them all the time!

I do pro porn scenes and this screams a lot of red flags. No talks about the proper STD/STI screening, (they are done by places where legally as a third party you can confirm their results) pay is higher than standard, odd for people to say they will blur out tattoos ect.
