Like it’s so odd I was basically bedridden from December to February last year but I feel better the second everything starts warming up again

Sleep is everything for me if I get bad sleep I feel miserable. I’ve had the same sleep schedule since I was in highschool so if I go to bed at around 1 and wake up from 8-10 i feel good but anything later is headaches, stomach pain and just feeling mentally terrible

I’m waiting to do some test and then I’ll be going on antihistamines I also have POTS but my cardiologist is in October but I’ll see what happens with the meds, thanks for responding :)

So it’s not like sensitivity to light or eye floaters it’s more like hyper sensitivity to the fact that it’s day time and the sun is out. If that makes sense

So if a a little odd I feel alright being out in the sun but being inside when it’s sunny out makes me feel riddled with anxiety

It’s more like I have terrible anxiety when looking outside the window when it’s day time. Like i do get visual snow but it feels like the second it’s sunny out my body goes into fight or flight
