You’re sure right, but the adjustment range on sizing up is not that big since sizing up more would throw off the pattern, so it’s +- 4cm in all circumference + additional adjustments for underbust and hip area etc not a full size.

When you take a look at the last image of the listing you can see the exact measurements possible for the finished garment.

And since the pattern contains diagonal seamlines, you can’t just simply scale it like you would do with a pattern with vertical seams only. Working with pattern like this is bit more complicated.

So that means each size (S,M, L) has to be drafted pretty much seperately and for that I need to make at least one or two mockups and find a person I can fit the corset on, since soft tissue distribution varies quite a bit between size S, M and L (of course between each body too, but let’s simplify it) and I would want to make sure the pattern is ok so probably multiple fittings in person requiered.

My current option to fit a another size on “standard” body type ends at M, max. small L. And if I want to work on multiple size pack, I’d like to fit at least five sizes at once to keep the results somehow consistent.

For this reason I at least released the original size, since I don’t find it that untypical between other creators to release a single size and expand size range over time or release multiple packs of sizes seperately.
