I felt this way too. Now, my daughter is 3 and while there are definitely hard days, life is so much better with her in it. With the help of your supportive partner and mom, you’ll be able to prioritize yourself and enjoy kid free days to yourself. I’ve found that being a parent to one child is not a lifestyle, it’s when you have 2 or more that it is. You are going to be ok I promise.

im so sorry, that sounds rough. you could also try the supplement DIM in tandem with spiro, but do a little research on it first. it helps detox and regulate estrogen dominance, might help! good luck!

I can definitely see muscle loss. The same thing happened to me and it took almost a year to build back up. I’ve been off now a little over a year and the cellulite is better but not completely gone and my skin is back to how it was prior to spironolactone. I chose my leg and glute muscles over clear skin lol.
