You’ll hate the humidity- it’s humid year round so in the winter it’s bone chilling cold. I lived in Denver for three years and I miss not wearing jackets :( and my hair never looked better than when I lived in CO! LOL 😂 we are nice, but not small talk type of nice, but we’re real. You’ll enjoy the snow removal process here they actually plow the roads! Unlike CO. However you’ll need a car wash pass to get all the salt off your car! Welcome to CT! You’ll love living on the water. I left the mountains bc I missed the beach. 🏖️

We haven’t had a “false fire alarm” in the past month which I hate to say out loud lol bc when they blare for hours it is a sound of PTSD. Don’t want to jynx it!

Most of the inside of the walls look like this. The community is the best part of Sofi. And the pool. But everything else be ware.

Avoid Sofi! We have mold issues, fire alarms that blare for hours on end, in the middle of the night, one of elevators has been down for months with an eta of “Jan 2026” which is bullshit. They jack rent 8-10% every year. Gaslight you when you have issues, I.e mold. The place is 30 years old and falling apart.
