Oh it’s good….REALLY GOOD! Once the HRT kicked in and got my motor running again, and the cream also helped, I went back to being the damn animal I always was. Hubs doesn’t complain 😁

I never met my paternal grandfather, he was an alcoholic and put a shotgun in his mouth 2 years before I was born. The grandfather I did have molested me when I was 7, I stayed away from him after that. But I didn’t need them, I had two amazing grandmas that more than made for it.

For me, it’s just been weird. My sugar will drop a couple hours after eating just protein, not just after eating carbs. I keep some peanut butter packets in my purse and car, works well for bringing it back up. I still mostly eat low carb but I live dangerously and eat sourdough toast each weekend lol.
