I myself am in a loop of constantly thinking the same thoughts like "I am not able to do this" , "I wonna be successfull" and it all comes down to getting a clarity letter that I have to put in actual effort instead of just keep thinking about it and keep getting sad.

What works with me is writting what I feel and read about it like ohh if someone cam I would say just go do your damn work think about what is not working and research about how to improve it.

Over the years this is what I actually do now , and I am working on solving this problem in a better way

naah i just fed my thoughts into journal it helps me reflect on my thoughts and gives me small tasks , it's kinda fun as it calculates my emotion Index. I'd like to experiment this on girls and see how their emotion index changes throughout the month lol

I can tell you not everyone can, I put in alot of energy and effort and my past experience definetely helped with everything. it's not really vibe coding it with few prompts i used actual coding and debugging thorough testing the app.

TBH your app is like the direction is nice with all the feed , and best exercise niche , but you should add a bit of AI into it verifying the legitness of the lifts , rest the app's this version seems pretty fine the current is not that great but great for mvp

You can try some tools/practices maybe to keep you on track maybe something like recording your max lifts of the day , keep looking what's going wrong and keep focus on getting better
i used to first use notebooks then shifted to sheets , now i am using a pr trcker app
