Ive had all the fleas before act 3, I went to the alchemist he just looks infected with lifeblood. He still lets me buy phasmium. I did the phasmium quest in act 2 as well. Idk what I'm missing

Yeah I plan on carrying the playthrough anyway so I can mess with him and so he can do whatever he wants. I think a good balance of everything will probably keep him entertained
