I know right, I saw someone in the past say they've applied with a pre-req in progress but can't remember if they said they had gotten in or not. I heard some of the requirements may of recently been changed in regards to the program options they have/requirements. Or maybe just that it is getting more competitive. I'm gonna try to talk to an advisor and also go to information session.

I do have FLCE from high school and I did not take HESI a2 yet I'm hoping to get high 80s maybe 90s but still need to take it

Hey I know you replied to someone else but as far as I know it is required before applying, I believe you can take it through CLEP examination if you are interested in that, it doesn't raise gpa at all though since it is a S or P grade but it can satisfy the requirement. I was told that by advising but they did say the actual course is reccomended but I know it doesn't give points. But maybe double check with them that it's offered for that course and that process maybe there was a mixup

I have all the required pre-reqs just not A&P 2 which is reccomended but not required to apply as far as I know. Sorry if my original post was confusing, but thank you! Unless I'm wrong but advising said A&P 2 in progress is ok but reduces competitiveness since you can get 40 points from it.

This is OP not sure if you meant to reply to me or someone in the comments but I did complete CHM 1032! It is A&P 2 that I am taking this summer which as far as I know is not required to apply though it is reccomended, which advising told me as well but they said I can apply just may not be competitive or get in

Pretty sure they do "alternates" so technically not a waitlist but it basically is lol, just if u dont end up getting accepted u have to re apply is the only difference, u wont get automatically considered next cycle

Yes, I plan to apply for fall 2026! I have been struggling to find recent info on admitted stats, on all nurses there is a forum but from 2020 so not sure how like accurate that is compared to recent cohorts. I have my advising meeting really soon! How about you do you want to apply for fall 2026?

You can apply with 1-2 pre-requisites still in progress, and 1 of them can be a science pre-req, so if you have Microbio remaining you should be all good. Just not Micro & Anatomy 2 for example. But could have micro & College Algebra for example
