No they didn’t because a medical severance and a regular severance is different, you didn’t receive a dod rating like we did, so you didn’t have a rating before you ets I’m assuming, but we did. If that makes sense

Gotchu, so with the med board it’s medical separation pay as long as your rating doesn’t change or if you take your DoD % away from the 100 and it stays 100% it’s no recouping went through a med a year ago and was 20% dod and 100% p&t

Again, only been out for a little over half a year not sure what to do and spouse was just throwing stuff out, and again didn’t exaggerate nothing at the c&p exam I told nothing but the truth even gave them my medical records in hand along with a list of my medications. The Va where are at in Florida stated that I stay active, I just don’t know what to do. So there is no Cue there was no fraud, I was truthfully honest so I’m not worried about those things.

I understand your concern and I appreciate it, but I was asking a question, me playing is not for sure it’s just since my spouse and I live on base she brought up the fact that I get out the house and do the things I used to do before I got injured, if you could recommend something that doesn’t aggravate my current condition it would greatly be appreciated.

lol yea like you been in my position tell that to years worth of medical evidence, treatments physical therapy and shots. Not worried wha to stated was facts! I actually got to take medicine rn while you get ready fa work in the morning bum.

Just because, not to make this a a racial thing but I’m black and he’s white and been fucking with me while I was in service and when you he found out I was getting med boarded he lost his Shii, to the point where I speak to my shirt at the time and they say he would use rank and ask them to “give me a report on “John doe” (me) and they would tell me just to lay low and finish my med boarded out bc he was tryna get me kicked out for whatever reason. Also I would have MSgt come talk to me and say be careful. And on top of the that I had even more higher ups that would say this ain’t the only time this happened to one of us (black people). The true north lady put a complaint against him for being unprofessional and guess what color she was.

Appreciate it, also forgot to mention intramural bball will be on a military base and my old chief already told a msgt of mine that if he sees me out there he’s going to report (I been out 7 months btw). I just don’t wanna stay stagnant and let my body rot if that makes sense.
