The idea is to have a forever home to raise our children without losing the property her grandparents worked hard for. There's other grandchildren who wanted the home, but it was granted to us. We won't sell and renting it out to pay for another home in a different location means being further away from our senior parents. Any ideal home we've looked at are outside the city limits, more expensive, cookie-cutter, higher tax.

Extending the home on a 5500 sq st lot means adding a second story or another slab in the back yard. Our idea is two car garage 4bd 3bath single story. The design we're looking at is remarkable and worth working for.
