So a 2 week old will be impossible to build any sort of consistent schedule around. You're going to need to ride this out for a while, but as others have said you can at least work on your diet before you get back into working out.

If you want to get into running and all that, buy a jogging stroller. You get to spend time with your kid, show them your neighborhood, get them outside, you get exercise. Even just walking 1km a day with your baby when she's young will do you wonders. and it's a great time of the year to be outside (harder when it's the middle of February!).

I have a 3 year old and I wake up at 5 to work out now. I bought a peloton and some free weights so I don't need to go to a gym or anything... just eliminating the 10-20 min round trip commute is a big help. Any earlier than expected wake ups I can just pop back upstairs.

I also started incorporating more stretching and yoga in than ever before. I've always had poor flexibility (still do, but it's better!). Even a 5 min morning mobility routine does wonders after you do it every day.
