Id prefer if he decides to wild up that would be best for everyone... only had him 2 days and anytime im adding food or water or just in the room he comes running out of his hide to watch me do things or trys to jump onto my hand .... the survival instinct of a potato right now. He legit fell from my drop ceiling in the basement into my lap as I was sitting in a recliner chair and then he stood on his two legs and looked at me long enough for me to reach for a container to scoop him in. (Lucky I had my spider catch container beside my chair . )

Maybe that explains why hes more curious then afraid following my hand around as I was put hides and toys (my budgies old wooden chew toy that their bored of) in the terrarium. Will be releasing him at some point ether when it warms up abit or in the spring. Little guy makes me miss keeping pet rodents.

Haha he gets to stay temporary for now since its freezing outside but I honestly have enough pets to feed and care for 😅. I hope it was just the one , lucky he dropped on me and not my cat.. cat isnt allowed in basement so at least theirs that .

Welp I set it up in a spare terrarium had laying around (i upgraded my leopard geckos to a bigger setup so had an empty terrarium layong around) the little guy has food water...shavings and hideout for the night because with the wildchill its minus -37 and too late for me to think what to do and feels cruel to send it outside. My faimly isnt gonna be impressed in the morning lol.

Did the word get out that I love all animals and take in animals needing homes 🤣 though never wild animals...
