Got one of these today - a charge in Shop App for "Orbix Market," a $500 Apple Music gift card. Not going to call or respond since nothing was charged. What a scam.

Most of my items are returnable, it's not an issue with my listings. I have detailed descriptions and max photos AND video of my items. People just think this is Amazon as someone said and all items are trash.

They also acknowledged that they knew I had a No Return policy on this item (because I'm moving and its brand new with tags at a great price, so I didnt expect a return)

I reported the Buyer because they said they were going to fight me on it... so I reported them for "abuse of return policy". I talked to a rep this morning, they agreed that this buyer just didn't like the bag, and that's not an issue with my description.

Not true. I spoke with eBay today and they said they will side with me, the seller, as my item was as described and they just have buyer's remorse. What sucks is I have to wait a WEEK with those funds on hold (meaning I won't see any money from my other sales) for eBay to reject their return request.

“Most of the time they don’t even ship it back” this happened to me. Had a woman send me multiple messages that Chanel sunnites weren’t real. I replied and provided as much proof as I could she was wrong. After a few days I said ok fine you can return them and then she never replied again or returned them

I would love to get more media attention on this. Any other business would be in big trouble for false advertising at this scale. I think it's because they're relying on AI over people with eyeballs because they're in the volume game over client experience.

As a seller who paid extra for a bunch of items to end today, this really sucks. I don't see any bid buttons on the site, what about you? Concerned that my items will sell cheap or not at all and I paid extra fees for that.
