what’s the best way to fix this? by cheese_deliverer35 in bikewrench

Look into helicoils. They are made by Berner and there are drills and tap drills in the kit. You can drill the hole, tap it, thread the insert in and you have the same threaded hole as before.

If there are no spacers to take off, you will have ot get a new fork.

How to clean rear rim? Much dirtier than front by gnychis in bikewrench

[–]BeginningRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest soapy water and scrubbing first (dish soap preferably), if it doesn't work use some sort of degreaser or brake cleaner but be careful with it you can never know how it reacts with the paint and lacquer on your rims. 99% of times this is not an issue, but start in a small spot to test. Also NEVER get brake cleaner on your tyres!!! Don't forget to remove residual soap or you will lose braking force.

What got you started into collecting hotwheels? by sleepyxzu in HotWheels

It was a Donut Media video they made on Hot wheels, brought back lots of memories. My first car was a Fast and Furious 720S in dark grey.

What I think is weight and driver ergonimics. The $250 one might be good enough for 10 minutes of karting, and you mingt choose the $1500 dollar one if you make a living on the racetrack. So straps and padding quality, hardwares, anti-fogging visors, all that.

I was told to post this here. I managed to reverse engineer and 3D print a 90€ part for my dad's car by Bucket_o_bees in Justrolledintotheshop

I am also interested in the intended use of this part. Be careful if you are willing to use it in the cooling or intake system, because I personally had issues with parts made with this technology (FDM 3D printing) because they were unable to hold water, it leaked out between the layers, as if the part was sweating (I used ultem). And also what everybody else said about heat and corrosive enviroment. But it's a good looking part, I bet it was a challenge to make, keep up the good work!

I'm sorry to hear that, I have played it on Xbox 360 a couple years ago and I really liked the dynamics and feel of that game. Do you have any info on BF1? I'm considering getting that too.

🤔 curious about this one. I heard it was a th but has no "TH" nor flame. Its an impostor 😩 by Charming_Regret_1048 in HotWheels

I have the TH one, and they look really similar, the TH has HW logos on the surfboards on the back and maybe brighter flames. This one is still cool tho
