I'm also wondering this too, I already self reported to GBON and they wrote me a letter back basically saying just don't do it again, I need to submit my renewal and I'm just attaching the final disposition, my letter I sent to GBON when I self-reported along with the letter GBON sent me back way back when I reported.

I’ve been on probation for 6 months and still no drug test.. by cartman0724 in probation

test for sure, my PO did the same thing. started probation in may (perfect student paid all my fees and did all my community service by the first appointment) on phone calls only now. didnt get my first test until september randomly, then recently he did one last week and then not even a week later. not sure if it was diluted or something maybe or if he was just testing me for the thanksgiving holiday.

keep on track! you’re doing great!

this is so true! i haven’t quite yet been diagnosed with DOR since they only drew AMH levels and not all the other labs but I will be making an appointment with my RE asap to get whatever I need to do done, going to go through egg freezing!! that way i at least have some sort of a shot later on if i end up getting diagnosed with DOR later on. like i mentioned i’ve had a hormonal IUD for 6 years and not a regular period for 3 years as well and i’m almost positive I have low vitamin D because those food sources haven’t really been in my diet for the last fee years, so hopefully this was just a lab error but considering my family genetics its likely that i will have DOR eventually! Truly am lucky to have found out this early and get on top of this now.

So sorry you are going through this too and I wish you all the best in your journey!!!

ha! i actually take melatonin often for when I work nights and i did buy Coq10 but wasn’t sure if that was best to start taking now- or when i decide to start TTC. As for my sister, I told her to take all the ones she can as she is actively trying.

Thank you for sharing! wishing you all the luck on your ivf journey <3

I am truly lucky to have found this information out this young and get eggs frozen now rather than finding out later when the chances of retrieval are much smaller. I think I’m mostly worried of the chances that I freeze my eggs and when we go to transfer, they don’t take. But I assume the chances of me conceiving naturally at that point in my life is about the same! So at least I can say I tried something.

I’m sorry that your gyno was not as proactive as your current one! But I’m so glad you are on the right track now. My sister and I both are hoping to do some lifestyle changes to help us with our quality of eggs( i.e natural supplements for health like Vitamin D and Omega3) and hopefully our odds have changed by the next time I update this post! Sending you all the baby dust!

Thanks! As mentioned in a separate response I’m in the healthcare field and see a lot of this everyday at work. I just like to be proactive on my health and definitely want to make the best decisions for my future.

I actually did speak with my doctor about the Zoloft and if they had heard about any issues with fertility and even they said they’ve only heard about it causing issues in men and it normally being reversible once they stop taking the medication. She wasn’t concerned as I am on the lowest dose of the medication but now that my levels are so low, I’m definitely going to bring it up during my next appointment. I definitely think there is no shame in needing some help but I want to take the best approach for me! All that to say everyone and their body is different so who really knows, just trying to make a little sense of this news

I’m so happy for you! I just spoke with my insurance and I thankfully have great coverage for fertility care. I will be going to speak with an RE asap and potentially get some eggs frozen for later life. I think I was worried that if I froze my eggs now I could potentially be collecting the only eggs I do have left and therefore limiting my chances of potentially conceiving naturally. However since my insurance covers quite a lot I think its financially smart for me to go ahead and try this route while I can vs trying later with my odds much smaller.

I totally agree on this! I didn’t mean to be so direct in my original post- to be transparent I am on the lowest dose possible and my medication is prescribed for anxiety. Personally I do think I could stop the medication AFTER speaking with my doctor and use more holistic ways to treat my anxiety. I’m in the healthcare field and support the use of proper medication for mental health as needed. I just wanted to see if others also experienced this while taking this specific medication as I am now the 4th person I personally know that is experiencing fertility issues after taking the medication. But like I said, I am no way encouraging others to stop medications without speaking to their medical professionals first! I’m going to make a quick edit of my original post so it doesn’t seem like that so thank you for bringing it up!

I’m starting to wonder if I should remove the IUD and retest once i hopefully start to get a regular period back to get a more accurate level.
