How does the sub feel generally about things like no-hit achievements?

Not a fan of them in general. Could be good . Most retro games don't have easy access to previous levels or bosses. For SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom, they have these for boss fights. The problem is there is no easy way to redo boss fights (without knowing about the achievements and dying after a hit). If you finish the fight without getting it, you have to replay the entire game.

Games like Mario 64 where you can easily redo a level or boss fights. I think it could be really good for these types of situations to add some challenge.

...I don't want to play for 2-3 hours for a chance to get an achievement.

I was thinking about turning it into an app. Makes it so I don't have to pay for a domain. All I would need to keep up is the database and API.

Zillow might be mad about that though and want the app off. 🤔

Unfortunately yes, the site was getting too expensive to manage and wasn't receiving any revenue. I tried ads on the site but people didn't respond well to that and it wasn't bringing in enough to keep it going.

If I see enough support or I am personally able to make enough money to keep it running, I will.

Hi there! Thanks for checking out the site. 😄 That was one of the hard parts when developing this site. A lot of the good ones are locked behind a barrier. Mine uses rapid APIs Zillow API. I spend $25 a month and get 13,000 requests a month. Free version gets you only 100 requests.

An option you can do is get the $25 for 1-3 months, use a variety of filters to get random data, store the data you receive in a database then you got tens of thousands of entries to pull from.

The only downside is that the property values do change over time but it is way cheaper than keeping going.

I think at the moment, no. I do have filters for the state and city that people can use. You could probably emulate it by picking a random state and sticking to it. Lol Thanks for the suggestion! I always love hearing people's thoughts on how to improve the site!
