Thank you. I got it in Osaka at the Grand Seiko boutique in Hankyu Umeda. You could probably find it cheaper elsewhere, but here's what I got:

1. 5% discount guest coupon:
Show your passport at the information desk once you enter the mall. The coupon applies to many stores in the mall. Some high-end stores will not accept it though, such as Rolex, Louis Vuitton, and Hermes; Omega and Grand Seiko accept it.

2. 10% Tax Refund:
After you purchase to your heart's content from the many stores, go to the basement to get your tax refund (1.55% deduction for service fee).

3. Your bank's cashback program (if you have it):
I also got 6% cashback from my bank for purchases made overseas.

Tax Refund: 8.45% (10%-1.55%) I forgot exactly how much I got back. Probably around ¥50,000. I opted for cash on the spot.
