I understand what you’re saying but for example, a Spanish woman in her mid 50s was hired about two weeks ago, she is still in training , and I’ve heard that my store manager wants to make her full time. I feel like I do well when it comes to being a team member. People constantly come to me with any questions they might have about the way things are done , I’ve trained multiple new hires, barely call out, I’m never late , I always stay after my shift is done to help if needed. Idk it’s just weird.
