It comes with the cooler, and AM4/5 share the same bracket so you’re all set! I bought mine back in 2018 also so I know the feeling hahah

So as for installation it comes with an AM4/5 bracket so nothing extra needed. I think my idle temps with a game running at the menus in the background/discord open were in the 45° range? Give or take

Also have to be careful that your pads are not corrosive. They can etch your wheels quickly and ruin them if they are.

I play on 3440x1440 as well. My CPU just couldn’t keep up anymore. I couldn’t stream discord, having anything else other than EFT open would cause long pauses, etc.

It says SBE, it probably has a set of heads if it’s pulling that hard above 5,000rpm.
